1. Общие положения
StarSnow (сайт starsnow.me) — независимый сервис по продаже цифровых товаров для Telegram: Telegram Stars и Telegram Premium. Сервис не связан с Telegram FZ-LLC; Telegram — товарный знак его владельца.

2. Предмет
Исполнитель обязуется передать Заказчику цифровой товар (Stars, Premium) на аккаунт Telegram, указанный Заказчиком, а Заказчик — оплатить его по цене, показанной при оформлении заказа.
3. Заказ и оплата
Заказ считается оформленным после выбора товара и указания username. Цена фиксируется при создании заказа. Оплата производится выбранным Заказчиком способом через платёжный сервис. Договор считается заключённым с момента оплаты.
4. Выдача
Товар передаётся автоматически после подтверждения платежа, как правило в течение нескольких минут. Исполнитель не несёт ответственности за неверно указанный username и за задержки на стороне Telegram.
5. Возврат
Условия, сроки и порядок возврата описаны на странице «Политика возврата»: заявка — в течение 14 дней с оплаты, рассмотрение — 24 часа, возврат — в течение 72 часов на реквизиты, с которых производилась оплата.
6. Безопасность
Исполнитель не запрашивает пароль, коды подтверждения и доступ к аккаунту. Заказчик обязуется не передавать их третьим лицам.
7. Ответственность
Ответственность Исполнителя ограничена стоимостью заказа. Исполнитель не отвечает за действия Telegram, платёжных сервисов и за блокировки аккаунтов.

2. Subject
The Contractor undertakes to deliver digital goods (Stars, Premium) to the Telegram account specified by the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them at the price shown when the order is placed.
3. Order and payment
An order is placed once the goods are chosen and a username is entered. The price is fixed when the order is created. Payment is made with the method the Customer chooses through a payment service. The contract is concluded at the moment of payment.
4. Delivery
The goods are delivered automatically after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. The Contractor is not liable for a wrongly entered username or for delays on Telegram's side.
5. Refunds
Refund conditions, deadlines and procedure are described on the “Refund policy” page: a claim within 14 days of payment, review within 24 hours, refund within 72 hours to the details the payment was made from.
6. Security
The Contractor never asks for passwords, confirmation codes or account access. The Customer undertakes not to share them with third parties.
7. Liability
The Contractor's liability is limited to the order amount. The Contractor is not liable for actions of Telegram or payment services, or for account restrictions.
